Reiki and Crystal Healing
A beautiful treatment combining the many benefits of both Reiki and crystal healing.
Crystals will be placed on or around the chakras to balance energies whilst a Reiki treatment is performed. A healing crystal grid will also be placed on our studio altar to sending healing energy to the client.

Shamanic Reiki Healing
Shamanic Reiki combines elements of Shamanic Healing along with traditional Reiki healing.
During this healing, both you and your practitioner will enter into a trance-like state to find where the problem lies and will work on it with Reiki and Shamanic Healing.
Shamanic Reiki Healing is £50 for a one hour appointment including brief consultation and debrief.
Angelic Healing
A very special session during which you will be taught how to connect with your Guardian Angel to receive Angelic Healing.
Time permitting, you may also receive a 3 card Angel Oracle Card reading.

Spiritual Mentoring
Spiritual Mentoring is designed around each client to support you in wherever you are in your Spiritual journey. We will explore what Spirituality means to you, what your goals are and discuss how these could be achieved. We will create a safe, non-faith based sacred space in which we can explore and deepen your connection between your mind, body and spirt.
Meditation, mindfulness, rituals, breath work, sound healing, oracle cards, yoga, journaling and Shamanic journeying are all tools which Helen has been working with for many years and can be included to deepen your connection to the Universe and the world of Spirit. Each session will be centered around your interests and goals.
Spiritual Mentoring is £75 for a one hour appointment.
Shamanic Healing
Using the ancient practices of Shamanism, Helen will work with her team of Spirit Guides to work on a problem area which you are experiencing. Shamanic Healing works on physical, spiritual and emotional levels and is a very deep form of healing.
We will start with use of healing linguistics to get to the energy of the problem, before working with Spirit to clear the negative energy of the situation.
Appointments can last up to two hours. Please also allow quiet time after your healing to allow you to process what has taken place.
Shamanic Healing is £90 for a two hour appointment including brief consultation and debrief.

Your very own personal Sound Bath.
Lie back and relax as you let the vibrations of the Singing Bowls and Shamanic Drum wash over you.
A deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery.

Tarot / Oracle Card Reading
A 1:1 card reading with Helen, a member of the Tarot Association of the British Isles.
The reading can comprise of Tarot cards, Oracle cards or a combination of the two.
Maybe you have a specific question in mind, or you would prefer a general reading; either can be accommodated.

60 Minute Full Body Massage
A Swedish style full body using a range of techniques that can help to relieve muscle soreness, promote relaxation, and reduce stress.
A full body massage will typically include the back, legs, arms, shoulders, and feet, but these can be missed if you have ticklish feet.
A Full Body Massage is £40 for a one hour appointment including brief consultation.
60 Minute Full Body Massage with Reiki
A wonderfully relaxing and healing combination of both a full body massage with the added magic of Reiki healing.
